At Fellow, we stand by the quality of our brewing equipment and offer a 30-day return window for products in their original packaging. We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with every pour, so if your gear isn't a perfect fit, we'll make it right.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original Fellow box, ensuring all components and manuals are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
