Yes, all Fellow electric products come with a standard 1-year limited warranty. If you register your product on our website, we offer an additional year of coverage for a total of 2 years.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window for items purchased directly from our store. Products must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.

How should I clean and maintain my Fellow kettle?

To prevent mineral buildup, we recommend descaling your kettle every 4-8 weeks using a citric acid-based descaler or a mixture of water and white vinegar. Always hand wash the exterior with a soft cloth.

Do you ship internationally?
